Domain retrieval through acquisition is a difficult process to manage for
an enterprise. In terms of retrieval of domains related to existing and
new word-marks it’s difficult to keep abreast of your rights across multiple
jurisdictions. In most cases retrieval through acquisition is the best
or only course of action. To attempt this acquisition exercise directly,
as you make your identity known, can be costly. It consumes time and effort,
